Vic Sullivan’s career as a Financial Advisor, and subsequently Branch Manager, began in 1981 as A.G Edwards later transitioned and became Wells Fargo Advisors. In 2019, he co-founded Upland Wealth Advisors as its Managing Principal.
He believes his market insight to qualified clients, especially through ongoing changes in economic and market conditions, is a valuable resource when combined with the personal guidance he shares with clients through our long-term planning process. Knowing his clients well, helping them through the years as their goals and needs change, and then positioning them to transition their wealth and/or business interests to the next the generation, is a very personal experience. He has advised many clients through the years, working with their personal family dynamics, as he helps clients through all aspects of life. So much of his client service is well beyond financial; he first focuses on a client’s needs, goals, and objectives, and through that, trust and friendships come, which ultimately are the most important things.
Vic is a graduate of The University of Georgia with a degree in Finance and Investments. Since that time, he has remained very involved with the University, having served as President of the National Alumni Association, a Trustee on both the UGA Foundation and the UGA Arch Foundation, on the UGA Athletic Board, the Graduate School Educational Advancement Board, the Gridiron Secret Society, and the Terry College of Business Alumni Board. He has spoken at eleven UGA Commencements, including those of his two children. He has been a regular guest on WALB television since 1990. He founded Heroes Hunting in 2005, an annual outreach to enlisted U.S. Marines as he shares the outdoors with some of our country’s finest.
